Divergent Trilogy's second book: 'Insurgent'

I started reading Insurgent on Christmas vacation since its one of the books I bought for the holiday. I was actually afraid that I might not like it. Well, because I really loved the Divergent, my expectations were high for Insurgent. However, I was really surprised because I loved Insurgent too! I loved Divergent trilogy more! The second book did not fail to surprise me on every scene.

(Sorry if there are some spoilers)
Insurgent was all about the Erudite's plan for, what they believe, "a better future". It was actually Erudite with some of the Dauntless traitors. They created simulations for Divergents to be able to also control them. The Dauntless and Abnegation went to different factions to ask for help. They went to Amity, Candor and then they ended up with the factionless. Revelations started there. There was a former dauntless and a former abnegation there... This part of the story is where I am not so sure if the factionless are enemies or allies. But, I was really shocked when it was revealed who was helping Jeanine about Tris. I didn't see that one coming. O.O Okay I'm stopping here, I don't want to be a spoiler. :)

Insurgent was really full of revelations, full of planning and risky actions of the characters. More of like surprises for me. Do not forget about Tris and Four, their family and friends, and even enemies. They were all part of it. :) I really cannot wait to read the 3rd book. Read it too! It is exciting and thrilling. It will really not let you sleep because of curiosity.
